Make a creature symmetric after the upload

The Symmetric step from the upload now also works on a creature you already have. Open it, choose Make symmetric, and save the result as a new creature or as this creature's model.

A lopsided model could only be made symmetric while you uploaded it. If you skipped that step, there was no way back. Now:

  • ⚖️ Make symmetric… in the creature window takes the stored model through the same Symmetric step as the upload: the same middle line, and the same choice to straighten a bent tail or turned head or keep its pose.
  • Upload as a new creature. The symmetric copy becomes a creature of its own, with the same texture, and you place its skeleton in the editor. The original stays as it is. On a free account it counts as one of your free creatures.
  • Override the existing model. The creature gets the symmetric model and keeps its skeleton. The skeleton was placed on the old shape, so check it in the editor and bake again. Free accounts keep a creature's model; any purchase (a credit pack or a plan) unlocks this choice.
