Uploads: models up to 300 000 vertices

A model with more than 300 000 vertices is no longer accepted. The limit is shown on the upload box before you pick a file, and a refusal tells you how to reduce the model in Blender.

  • The limit is 300 000 vertices per model. It is shown on the upload box before you pick a file, so you know before you wait.
  • A model over the limit is refused with both numbers (yours and the limit) and the steps to reduce it in Blender: Decimate modifier, ratio below 1, apply, export again.
  • If it happens while you create a creature, the creature is already there, just empty. Add the reduced file on its card. No free slot is used up.

A game creature rarely needs more. A reduced copy rigs and bakes the same way.
