Progressive JPEG textures aren't supported
Save textures as a regular JPEG or a PNG.
Textures saved as a "progressive" JPEG are no longer accepted, and the upload tells you so right away. Re-save the image as a regular (baseline) JPEG or as a PNG (most image editors offer this when you export) and upload it again.
