Auto rig proposes your markers

Auto rig v2 suggests where the guided-rig markers go. You check them, nudge them and fit.

Guided rig asks you to click a handful of markers (snout, hips, paws and so on) before it fits a skeleton. Auto rig v2 now proposes those markers for you: it draws several candidate skeletons for your mesh and turns each into a marker set.

You pick the proposal that looks right (every draw is kept until you decide), check it in the two views, drag what is off and press Fit from markers. The fit is the same guided fit as always, so nothing is placed that you did not see.

  • It works best on upright bipeds, knuckle-walkers and birds; chibi quadrupeds get a good start to nudge.
  • It runs while a GPU worker is online; Guided rig always works.
  • Auto rig comes with the Indie and Studio plans.
